Shri Anil Kumar Agrawal graduated in Science from Bhopal University, Bhopal (M.P.) in 1981. He completed his LL.B.  as well as LL.M.  from Bundelkhand University Jhansi (U.P.).   Thereafter, he started practice of law 1988.

Because of his keen academic interest he also founded Agrawal Law Academy for aspirants of Judicial Services. He has been the Director and Key Resource Person at the Academy.  He has successfully mentored more than 180 Judicial Officers and Prosecution Officers in their selection.

In the year 2009 he got selected as District Judge (Entry Level) in Madhya Pradesh Judicial Services.

He has served as Addl. District & Sessions Judge at Shivpuri, Tikamgarh, Khurai District –Sagar and Narsingarh District-Rajgarh. He has also served as Principal Judge Family Court, Harda.

He joined as Registrar, National Green Tribunal, Central Zone Bench, Bhopal on 30.05.2020. He has been repatriated to his Parent Cadre on 29.05.2021.
