Born in 1965, he has completed Schooling and under graduation at Thiruttani. He has join in 3 year BL Degree course at Madras Law in 1985 and graduated in 1988. Enrolled as an advocate in the Bar Council of  Tamil Nadu in the year 1988 and practiced in Madras High Court and other Chennai Courts as an Advocate for 10 years.

Joined  in Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service in 1998 and appointed as civil judge (Junior Division) and served in many places as civil judge junior division and as civil judge senior division. In 2015, promoted as District Judge entry level in Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service and served in the districts of Perambalur, Tirunelveli and Chennai.

 He has joined as Registrar in National Green Tribunal, Southern Zone Bench,Chennai on 1st  April, 2021.
