Born in 1965.  She has completed Schooling (CBSE) in NES (now NPS) Chennai in 1983.  Graduated B.L. in 1983-1988 at Madras Law College. She has been involved in the Gandhian thought and coordinated with Gandhian Institutions.  Enrolled and practiced in Chennai Courts and High Court as an Advocate. She worked under her Advocate brother and City Government Pleaders for 9 to 10 years. And with their guidance  dealt with various types of cases,  including consumer cases.  Joined  in Tamil Nadu Judicial Service (Junior Division) in 1998 and promoted as Sub Judge  in 2009 and as District Judge in 2015.  Served in District of Erode, Villupuram, Cuddalore, Trichy, Kancheepuram, Vellore and Chennai.  She has joined as Registrar in National Green Tribunal, Southern Zone Bench on 1^st  April, 2019. She has been repatriated to her Parent Cadre on 31^st March, 2019.
