Joined in Madhya Pradesh Judicial Services in 2007 as Civil Judge Junior Division and Promoted as Civil Judge Senior Division in 2012.  Worked as Chief Judicial Magistrate in 2018 and got promoted as District Judge in October 2018. Also worked as Secretary, District Legal Services Authority and worked in the Madhya Pradesh State Judicial Academy, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur as Faculty Member from April 2022.

In last 16 year as a Judge, dealt with various civil and criminal matters related to Land Acquisition, Arbitration, POCSO, Act Heinous offences, Motor Accident cases etc. Settled several matters through ADR mechanisms. As Chief Judicial Magistrate efficiently handled and functioning the smooth administration in District Judiciary.    

In DLSA worked on matters related with Victim Compensation Scheme and for developing the software on victim compensation scheme. Contributed in preparing the article and other matter in bi-monthly magazine “Joti Journal” of the academy providing up-to-date legal knowledge to Judges. Conduction of various training courses and other programmes was also under the work distribution.

Ms. S. Vineeta has joined as Registrar General in National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi on 27^th July, 2024.
