Judicial Experience
Practiced Law in Delhi High Court from the year 1995 to 2000 and also dealt with administrative and service matters of various Ministries, besides dealing with financial matters including matters relating to anti- dumping law in India. Joined Delhi Judicial Services in the year 2000 and served in almost all jurisdictions as Rent Controller, Civil Judge and Metropolitan Magistrate. Promoted to Delhi Higher Judicial Service (DHJS) cadre in the year, 2010 such as Senior Civil Judge and thereafter worked as Additional District Judge for South West and Central District. Dealt with various civil matters relating to recovery, IPR, arbitration, probate, family laws. Also held appellate jurisdiction in cases pertaining to private parties, Companies and various government and non-government organizations. Has been Additional Sessions Judge and dealt with sessions matters and special court relating to SC/ST (POA) Act. Trained mediator as per MCPC, Supreme Court of India.
