Pursued LLB from University of Burdwan, West Bengal in the year 1991-92.

Enrolled as an Advocate with the West Bengal Bar Council and also High Court Bar Association, Calcutta and started practising in the Criminal matters.

Joined W.B.C.S. (Judicial) service in the year 1996.

Got promoted in the cadre of District Judge (Entry Level) in the year 2013.

Joined National Green Tribunal, Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata as Registrar on 09.01.2023.
